The glueless cardboard pallet folding machine KELT ask is used for the automatic folding of FEFCO 4022 type cardboard transport bases.

 

The machine can be made to work with one specific pack size, or it can be made to adjust the length and width of the pallet in a range of tens of millimetres, allowing it to be quickly adapted to work with a wider range of assortments.

Basic features of the folders of the ask series:

  • Adapted to folding pallets of type FEFCO 4022;
  • Construction made of corrosion-resistant materials;
  • Pneumatic drive, PLC control;
  • Capacity 12-20 cartons per minute;
  • Folding machine design dependent on carton size and expected output;
  • Possible cooperation with a processing line.
